How Can Angelov Solicitors Help with Your Personal Immigration Matter?
Option One: No-Obligation Free Discussion
We offer a limited number of no-obligation telephone discussions for new personal immigration enquiries.
This no-obligation call is for general information only. It is for us to decide whether we can assist and to explain next steps and fees.
We do not give case-specific legal advice, review documents, give second opinions or assess prospects of success during this call.
By ‘legal advice’ we mean applying the rules to your specific circumstances, for example advising whether you meet the Immigration Rules, what evidence you should submit, or assessing your prospects of success.
Availability of these calls is at our discretion. Please send us your enquiry to our email via info@angelov.law, we will get back to you.
You should not rely on this call for urgent deadlines.
If you already know you need detailed advice, we recommend booking a full consultation with one of our immigration solicitors.
For document review or urgent cases, please email via info@angelov.law with your enquiry.
Option Two: One-Hour Video Consultation - £180
Our one-hour consultation offers personalised legal advice from a qualified solicitor, tailored to your individual circumstances.
To proceed, you will be asked to sign our Terms of Business and pay the consultation fee in advance. Consultations are conducted remotely via video call, making our services accessible wherever you are in the world.
During the session, we will assess your immigration history, answer your specific questions, and provide clear guidance on your legal options and next steps.
While we do not review substantial supporting documents during the consultation, we will review and advise on key documents such as refusal letters, or tribunal decision where relevant.
Please note that we do not review or “check” DIY applications that you have drafted yourself during the consultation. If you require a detailed review of an application or supporting documents that you have already prepared, please contact us via info@angelov.law for a quote.
This focused consultation is ideal for individuals seeking clarity on their position and practical legal advice they can rely on.
Option Three: Full Representation for a Fixed Fee
If you decide to proceed after your consultation, we will provide a fixed-fee quote for full legal representation, tailored to the complexity of your case.
Once formally instructed, we will guide you through every stage of the process to prepare a strong application.
Our services include:
-
- Providing detailed written advice;
- Advising and organising supporting evidence;
- Drafting and assisting with submitting your application;
- We always provide a comprehensive Letter of Representations to accompany your applications.
We are committed to ensuring your application is clear, thorough, and professionally presented.
Please see our Price & Transparency Policy for more information on costs related to full representation.
Personal Immigration Consultation FAQs
Our free discussion is a brief, no-obligation opportunity for us to understand your circumstances, hear your initial enquiry, and explain how we may be able to assist you. It is designed to point you in the right direction and determine whether we are the right firm for your matter.
No. We do not provide legal advice until you become a client, which means completing our Know Your Client (KYC) checks and signing our Terms of Business. The initial discussion is not a substitute for legal advice and does not include a document review or case-specific analysis.

How Can Angelov Solicitors Help with Your Business Immigration Matter?
Business Immigration Consultation FAQs
No. For business immigration matters we only offer paid consultations. Sponsor licence applications, Global Business Mobility routes and compliance issues are complex. They often require a detailed understanding of your business structure and business's specific needs.
You are welcome to contact us via our enquiry form or email with a brief outline of your enquiry and your business's circumstances. We will then confirm whether a business immigration consultation is appropriate.
For most businesses it is helpful for at least one decision-maker (such as a director, owner or senior manager) to attend, together with any person who will be responsible for HR or immigration compliance (for example the proposed Authorising Officer or SMS Level 1 User if it is sponsor licence related enquiry).
We are happy to meet more than one representative, provided everyone understands that the consultation is confidential legal advice to the business and not to individual employees in their personal capacity.
