Standard Visitor Visa: Visiting the UK to study
The UK Standard Visitor route allows individuals to visit the UK for up to six months for certain educational purposes, including short courses at accredited institutions, English language studies, academic research, examinations and permitted clinical placements.
Applicants must demonstrate that their proposed studies fall within the permitted activities under the Immigration Rules, that they have sufficient funds to support themselves during their stay, and that they intend to leave the UK at the end of their visit. Depending on their nationality and immigration status, individuals may need a Standard Visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA).
At Angelov Solicitors, we provide tailored immigration advice and assistance with Standard Visitor visa applications, including assessing eligibility, reviewing supporting evidence and addressing potential grounds for refusal.
