Our consultation fee is £180, payable in advance. This includes a full hour with a qualified solicitor, during which we assess your situation and provide clear legal advice.
No. Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and care we dedicate to preparing your application. While we always aim to submit the strongest possible case, the final decision rests with the Home Office, and outcome cannot be guaranteed. As such, consultation or representation fees are non-refundable.
